The development of advance mechanical equipment and systems for beamlines, such as the Cryo-modules requires a:
- High stable structures, supporting frame aligned with adjustments and also with the rest of the equipment such as (RF Cavities, Solenoids, Supports, etc.)
- Active nano-positioning elements to achieve the best operation mode (Dinamic Cryocatcher).
All LIDAX developments are able to operate in environmental conditions or under extreme environmental conditions (such as Cryogenics and/or Vacuum).
